Community Heritage Financial, Inc. (the “Company”), is the parent company of Middletown Valley Bank (the “Bank) and its subsidiary, Millennium Financial Group, Inc. (Mlend). The Company was established in November 2018 under the laws of the State of Maryland to serve as the holding company for the Bank. The Company is regulated under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended, and is subject to regulation, supervision, and examination by the Federal Reserve Board.
